Hi, I’m Lauren
I’m a certified Personal trainer that specialises in women’s fitness!
My qualifications include:
-Level 3 diploma for the gym instructing & personal training practitioner (RQF)
-Level 3 pre & post natal exercise and nutrition
-Exercise and training through menopause
- Level 6 Trinity college diploma in Dance & Musical theatre
-Level 2 exercise to music instructor
As an ex pro dancer, I have been training for the majority of my life. When my dance career came to an end I began to focus on strength training and it very quickly became a huge passion of mine and one that I felt strongly about helping others with.
My ultimate aim is to help as many women as I can to feel confident, strong and healthy in both their body and mind. If you choose to work with me I will create a completely bespoke programme tailored to your unique and individual lifestyle and goals using a combination of strength, functional and endurance training that will have a huge long term impact on your life.
